DS Models explained
The Zero DS is available with performance, range and charging options to fit your daily adventures. Each build is compatible with the Charge Tank option or Power Tank accessory. Add a Charge Tank to recharge in 1-2 hours (based on battery size). Need maximum range? The Power Tank adds about 65 km of range in the city or 30 km on the highway.

You need a full motorcycle licence to ride the Zero DS.
CHARGING
No special charging equipment required. Your standard household outlets just became “fueling” stations that deliver daily rides at a fraction of the cost of gasoline. Plug in at night and start every day with a full “tank.”
The Charge Tank option funnels up to 137 kilometers of riding into the Zero S for every hour of charging when plugged into a Level 2 charge station. One cup of coffee now equals ~50 kilometers of riding. Or, charge fully in as little as an hour depending on battery size.

Select the battery size that works for you. Ride up to 328 km city / 156 km highway with an 18 kWh battery by adding a Power Tank accessory to the ZF14.4. Or, shed weight and gain storage space with the ZF7.2.
